Welcome to our yoga class!
Together with Kulturhuset and NBV within the #multiversitetet project we open a set of weekly yoga classes in group for beginners. The goal is to develop the sense of the body and mind functional
On this class we will focus on:
- *basic introduction to physical balance & flexibility
- *developing attention of state of mind and consciousness
- *breathing and relaxation.
The class will be in English. Suitable for beginners and those who continue practice.
Please, take on your comfortable cloth, socks or be barefoot.
Bring your yoga mat/carpet.
The Yoga classes will take place every Wednesday, at Kulturhuset, between 17:30-19:00.
